Anything that was in your inventory at the time Warmind released, or anytime after, was added to your collection, but shaders were only added if you had the shader itself in your inventory. If all you had was a shader that was applied to a piece of gear, those don't count. At the moment, there is no way to get the shader added to your collection if it didn't drop from any of your dismantled items.
