It’s not that the designs themselves are all bad. It’s the very building blocks they use to create their character models. D2 is far more “stylized” than D1, which means less detail, cheaper looks, flat designs. It’s not an issue of artist ability, but a decision it seems like someone high made at some point to try to make things look like Fortnite. Turd of a move IMO and one of the last BIG issues that needs to be fixed to make Destiny great.
