Silver purchase of a ghost and sparrow isnt letting me refund it.

Yesterday i bought a ghost shell and a sparrow but i never opened then to receive the item but it doesn't say its able to be refund it anymore, i wanted to wait for reset to see if i like another shell or sparrow more but i dont have the option to refund it anymore.

  • Hi there. Did you buy these with Silver or Bright Dust? Bright Dust items can't be returned. You should have 7 days to return all Silver bundles. If you don't see an expiration time/date, try logging out and back in, then performing a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46501]scan and repair[/url] in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue.

    • Hey there, thanks for reaching out! What specifically did you purchase? If I recall correctly, any purchase made with Silver only has a small window of time that you're able to refund it. When did you purchase it?
