I mean, no? I guess you could say they're the same in the absolute broadest sense. If you run console settings and a controller on your PC, the weapons behave the same. However, once you actually plug in a mouse, the amount of overall recoil decreases. It has to. A mouse has limited space to pull down while a controller will continue to hold the weapon down as long as the stick is pulled back. People would be flying their mouse off their desk if the overall recoil didn't decrease. Then the increased FOV and the precision and control offered by MnK come in to play and pretty much make PC a completely different environment. If you don't believe it, shoot a wall with console settings on PC with Ace of Spades. Empty the entire cylinder. Don't try and control the recoil at all. Don't even touch the right stick. Then do the same with PC settings and MnK. Don't even pull down at all. Empty the entire cylinder. The first pattern will go MUCH higher than the second. That's tested and proven.

Negative. Recoil almost doesn't exist on PC. Hence the reason AOS got nerfed and pretty soon LOW. And Bloom, which is console only and not PC. Just saying.
