Bugged faction specific mods
After doing whisper several times today I noticed that faction specific mods (taken/fallen/hive) are broken right now. They do not work at all until you die after equipping item with such mods, so for example Taken Repurposing will not refresh grenade on destroying taken shield unless you die first, or Taken Armaments will not give heavy on grenade taken kills. The workaround currently is to die with mod equipped, but this will not work for example for flawless runs.

Why downvote this? You can easily check that it's true, just go to whisper heroic or zero hour heroic, equip item with taken or fallen mod while inside and try to get the mod effect (e.g. for repurposing just try to refresh grenade by destroying shields). It will not work until you die with mod equipped, after that it starts working.
