yes there is, shax gives you the starting quest (check to make sure you havent picked it up) and for outbreak you need to do the enemy of my enemy questline on titan (planet), FINISH the last mission with the captain ALIVE, then goto the room, you can open the door and start the questline.

shax not give mountain top anymore . and out break is no that adventure for start the quest :o

there is no starter quest on titan :0 and i glad you report me . They shoud lets have that adventure avabile all time for return player

and mountain top is no longer avabile or exsist. now my quest is all about sniper rifle and i wont get in there for it. mointain top is statlight shoot like rocket luncher . that why i need it .
