The abilities are the worst part to me. Mostly cause recharge time on abilities in D2 has always been atrocious. Other than that it's just another boring quest for boring ole banner. I could take it or leave it. If I don't complete it I really dont care cause it's just infusion fodder if I do then just another time waster out of my inventory.

Ability recharge rates are fine just spec your armor accordingly. Any faster and it will be the revalry all over again

Oh I do. I still dislike it. I get them to a point of where I can deal with it but still prefer the recharge rates of classic tier-12 which about 4 of the same mod which is a bit of a waste.
