Gambit

OK so for about 2 hours last night I kept getting disconnected from Gambit , I decided to call it as night , I log in today so i can do my daily before reset and I can't play as i have had too many incomplete matches , how is this even my fault!!!! , I wanted to play before the reset and i only have an hour or so before work , is it possible to get me unblocked please as I am being penalised for something that was out of my control.

  • I would attempt to find a match to determine how long the suspension is. Also unfortunately there is no way to discriminate between poor connection and someone simply pulling the plug on a system, and as such even for poor connection you can be banned. Also others likely reported you for bad connection, which is a reason that can result in suspension or permanent ban from match-made playlists as it overall affects other players' experiences negatively. I hope this all get resolved quickly for you but in the event that it doesn't I recommend staying way from crucible or gambit until your internet or general connectivity improves, otherwise you'll likely receive much longer bans.

    • Did you try to do a Match? The Suspension normally lasts only 30 minutes and as you received it some time ago, it should already be over (although the notification came later due to you logging out).
