Can't log in to game

Since about 10:00 AM EST on Sunday, June 16, I haven't been able to connect to Destiny's servers, at all. It just sits on the "Connecting" screen forever, rotating through Guardian icons. It never pops up an error message, and it never goes back to the start screen. The longest (as of now) that I've let it sit is three hours, between 6 and 9 PM yesterday. I never get any error codes, it just won't progress pass the "Connecting" screen. I had been able to play all of Saturday with no issues. I posted about it on the Bungie help forums yesterday when it first happened, and was told to clear my console's cache (it did not work), and when I replied such I got no response. I've reset my modem, tried hard lining my Xbox to the internet, removed all other devices from our wi-fi, and even tried connecting to my phone's mobile hotspot. Nothing. The only thing I haven't tried, that I know of, is reinstalling the game. I'm confident it isn't my ISP, because I managed to play online on Division 2 and Monster Hunter, and my wife has been playing Black Desert Online off and on all day on PC. I just purchased Forsaken and was excited to dig into it, so having this issue is even more frustrating than it normally would be. Any help would be appreciated.

  • You cannot compare this game to the Division because the Division uses Dedicated servers. Let's compaare this because i have both games ... Division I use less than 1/8th of the data I use when I play Destiny for the same time period. It is your connection. How is your connection setup?
