If you want all the future content available for purchase at this time, then you want the Shadowkeep Deluxe. It includes Shadowkeep, season 8, season 9, season 10, and season 11.
The basic Shadowkeep only includes Shadowkeep and season 8.
Both include New Light at no extra charge (Destiny 2, Curse of Osiris, and Warmind), simply to make it easier for newcomers to make a single purchase and get everything needed to play instead of having to purchase one product (Shadowkeep) and then go to a totally different product page for New Light to purchase for free and download.
You already owning the New Light content will cause no issues; your licenses will simply overlap with each other; you'll not be forced to download a new copy separately for Shadowkeep.

Thanks. i had a hunch the Digital Deluxe Edition was the right one too Choose. i assume the Collectors edition is also ok to buy too if i wanted to spend the money. So basically any version of ShadowKeep is ok to buy even if u own all previous content?
-
That's correct, even if you own everything up through Forsaken: Annual Pass, any version of Shadowkeep is fine for you to purchase; there's no overlap in any of the currently available bundles for Forsaken+Annual Pass. The prices you pay now for whatever you currently preorder for Shadowkeep is entirely for Shadowkeep and future content. That's not to say there won't be a bundle closer to release time that includes Forsaken+Annual Pass, but at this time, none of the available ones do that I know of.

Ok thanks. now i just need to know when pre-orders start lol

Preorders are already going on. View any platform marketplace and you can find the ones offered there. If you're on PC, then you'll want to preorder on Steam. Just keep in mind any bonuses granted for the preorder will not be given until Shadowkeep releases in September.
