I’ve been thinking about a warlock exotic robe “causes more ionic traces to be spawned upon killing an enemy”. And “enemies caught in ionic traces are damaged.” Something like that would be really cool

I’m not much of a warlock, could you remind me what ionic trace is and what tree it’s on??

It’s on mid tree stormcaller (chaos reach) ionic traces spawn on some kills and give super and ability energy.

somewhat. They don’t spawn every kill it’s more or less every 3-5 kills and they also chase you down.

How about rapid kills greatly increase the chance of ionic traces spawning. Collecting ionic trace cause an arc discharge (similar to feedback fence) or maybe the charge from collected ionic trace can be stored and released when you place a rift...max stack of 5x ionic trace. Higher stack= bigger discharge (radius and damage)
