+0 Powerful Drops
I thought we were supposed to get minimum +1 on all powerful drops until you reach max light. last night Truth quest, 3 Werner bounties, Ikora, and the Daily heroic strike all dropped loot at my current max power (744).

1 ReplyIt depends on the slot it dropped in. Items drop at least +1 over your TOTAL power. But if your total power is 700 and you have a 705 rocket launcher but drop another heavy, you it will likely be at 705 or lower. The system still needs work for sure, but this is how it works for now.
