I ran into this issue last night. Unlike Armor acquired with Bright Dust, armor bundles acquired with Silver have their perks randomized upon entering your inventory - but this is not mentioned in-game nor elsewhere. There is not reason to think they would not work as all of the previous Bright Dust armor purchases have worked in the past. I bought the Hunter Intrepid armor bundle based on the perks displayed in Eververse last night. (Which I noticed change on regular basis.) For those who care the perks in question were related to shotguns, and SMGs; the pants had the traction perk. Those same perks continued to be displayed while inspecting the gear in the bundle which goes to your inventory after purchase so I figured I was in the clear. I looked for documentation on randomized Eververse gear prior to buying the Intrepid pack before purchasing just to be safe as I wasn't about to spend 20$ on armor I wouldn't use. I couldn't find anything specifically related to the Silver-Only Bundles but I did find it listed that the Bright Dust gear would have static rolls when available. All of this to say I was extremely disappointed when after opening the bundle and removing my ability to return said items the gear rolled with random crap stats that are entirely irrelevant to me. I felt completely duped out of my money and was very discouraged. I contacted Blizzard support today to discuss the transaction and see if I had missed anything stating the Eververse bundles would have randomized perks after purchase. He was unable to find anything more than I was. I was issued a 1-time refund for the price of the Silver but was informed that I would have a Silver deficit which would need to be repaid before I could purchase any more items from the shop. I was already sitting on 400 Silver leftover from something and now that will be gone as well. The rep recommended I come here to request assistance with the issue and hopefully have the issue resolved. If the randomized perks post purchase on there to stay, I would suggest adding a line to the store stating as much. Any assistance or acknowledgment of the issue would be greatly appreciate.
