I think I figured it out! For people who have this bug, does the "A Small Gift" cat item drop for you every week? It does for me on my main, and like the Corsairs, I finished all the cats way back at the beginning of Forsaken. Is this happening for anyone else?

I'll try deleting all of them, but I'm not gonna grind for very long because I've been doing that for centuries for this damn quest.

Deleting didn’t solve the problem. It seems Gifts are just what my main gets for a drop instead of a Corsair bounty every week.

Just finished the core public event in the strand on the dreaming city by myself, and still nothing. I gotta take a break before I go batshit crazy.
