The nerf was actually a buff with the slowed rate of fire it allows people to pace their shots with the two guns removing the precision frame off of the hand cannon would have been better because at the end of the day Luna's Howl and Not Forgotten were both designed for console users with the little bloom factor and also 180s aren't hand cannons. I mean let's be real here 180s are literally just glorified sidearms I really hope this gets to bungie do that some adjustments can be made thank you very much Credit: aztecross
