Honestly, I think there are too few good handcannons. And even fewer good everything else. Other than the Breakneck, what is a good Legendary auto? Name even one good scout rifle (one that can compete in either PvP or PvE in the current meta).

W/ explosive rounds in pvp it's a flinch machine and w\ multikillclip it can shred majors. Generally just an accurate, high rof weapon that still packs a punch. Pinnacle scout is also an underdog, coolguy has a video on it showing it can be very effective w/ dragonfly spec. Also as a bonus ether doctor is a very solid auto rifle, it's styled after the d1 doctrine and chews through ads in pve. In pvp it's decent as well although you do need some perks to help out with the stability. Gambit prime auto rifle is also in the same situation.
