Pssstttt... You're still hanging on to Destiny by way of these forums.
You're still addicted.

He played a strike 12/13 days ago, so in my opinion this was a very short breakup to become healthy and unaddicted to a game xD
-
You failed to read my post. I gave away my console and gamertag last November. I am free and continue to set others free with each passing day.
-
Yeah yea xD
-
So the person you gave it to did not change the passwords and still allow you to log in here using their credentials ?
-
-
So, you are spreading the addiction buy giving your game and account to someone else, on top of having horrible security practices by sharing password information, or you are making it all up for attention.

Edited by bdonnyq: 6/11/2019 2:32:36 AMNo. I just gave everything away to a child who lives in poverty-like conditions. Yes, I did warn the parents that video games can become a problem.
-
So you gave what you call an addictive substance to a minor and still think you are working for the greater good? Instead of claiming to help people with their mental health you might want to take the time to seek the aide of a licensed professional as you are still displaying signs of being addicted towards video games and/or the digitial world and are possibly delusional.
-
I spoke to the parents first and yes - they limit the time spent gaming. I will continue doing what I am doing.
-
sure... like I said.. seek professional help. You cant help others if you still are addicted yourself.
-
Im free. Dont need a college degree to break an addiction.
-
You are clearly still addicted to the digital gaming world, you cannot leave the forums. Break free... save yourself!
-
These forums are the best place to communicate with others who suffer from this addiction. Im still here and Im not being disruptive or rude or harsh. Even the Ninjas realize what I am saying. Its not healthy.
-
Denial is also a symptom of addiction.
-
Im not denying anything.
-
That itself is denial.
Im not being disruptive. Even the Ninjas realize what I am saying I will continue doing what I am doing. I am free and continue to set others free I am quite over it.
^ All denials (plus delusions)
-
Everything I said was true.
-
These forums are the best place to communicate with others who suffer from this addiction. Im still here and Im not being disruptive or rude or harsh. Even the Ninjas realize what I am saying. Its not healthy.
Rationalization is a symptom of addiction
-
Then rationalize yourself free.
-
Oh I know I am not addicted. I have a healthy social, work and family life. You seem to be making excuses for remaining on the forums of a game you were addicted to. That is the equivalent of a recovering crack head hanging out at the crack house to "help" others. If you were truely addicted to destiny then hanging on the forums is just your way of remaining in touch with your addiction while feeling you have beat it, all you are doing is trading it.
-
Helping others with an addiction is not wrong. I like your 'crack house' analogy though. Its quite fitting. I would glady 'trade' from being an addict to being free anyday - and I have alot of success.

-
Hmmmm. Finally, an intelligent response. My time spent on these Forums is far far less than the time consumed with addiction to playing this game. So I feel its worth it with every Guardian I set free.

All of that ☝️
