After reaching the bonus super charge cap with the Battle-Hearth perk, kills within the Well of Radiance do not grant the standard small bump in super charge for kills. Yes I'm aware that kills after a certain point do not grant the bumps in super charge with Pheonix Protocol anymore. I'm talking about the regular tiny bump in super we all get for scoring kills in normal conditions.
