The Deluxe Edition Page says that it provides 4 “season passes” that most likely include a new “annual pass”, though the content and titles for each expansion are unknown.
The DE costs the same amount that base Forsaken originally costed, which is $59.99.
(I don’t know if that was the answer you were looking for, but I thought that I would give it to you anyway.)

Edited by TwigTwig: 6/6/2019 7:18:23 PMThe description says that it provides 1 season pass and 'credit toward future seasons' if you own the current pass. Doesn't say anything about having 4 season passes.

That sounds more believable. I was confused because it said something about 4 season passes on this page when I read it: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/destiny-2-shadowkeep-deluxe-pack/9nkfn88mv6v3?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

Yeah the whole thing is a little foggy atm. We'll soon see

Yep, I noticed in game. I’m sure they’re going to discuss it during the summer but there is a history of the annual pass now is all I’m saying

I don't think there will be an annual pass. Everything is going a la carte. Buy Standard Shadowkeep, you get season 8 premium- then you will need to purchase the rest of the seasons individually. Buy the Deluxe and you will get season 8-11 (4) However, you don't need to purchase season 9 if you want to play season 10. Even the Xpac is standalone. That is what I got from it. You pay for the content you want to play.

It still mentions annual pass, it’s the exact same set up except you can choose what to buy
