Destiny’s PvP needs to look up to Overwatch

Haven’t played D2 until the other day. Been playing overwatch heaps. Agreed, there isn’t any customisation or real plot in the game — but wow, play a few rounds of that then go back to D2 crucible/gambit and feel the rigidity. Just saying, the PvP mechanics for destiny haven’t been updated since D1. When are we going to get control over our settings? The most we can do is up the sensitivity (which is still capped) and change the controller configuration. Here’s what ideas they need to apply that overwatch has smashed: - Kill Cam: would work perfect as a filler for the respawn wait (which is the same as Overwatch), and would allow you to learn how you got killed so you can better your play. - Crosshair customisation: now this is a big one - considering the level of complaint about prime’s armour sets (reaper etc) being seen by colourblind people, what about the colour of the thing you have to aim with? This includes the zoomed in colour on all the guns (which is purely cosmetic for all guns) - also the size of the reticle should be alterable. - personalised aim assist / aim smoothing / window / strength / aim type: players should be able to decide how they want their weapons to function. This is one of the best things about overwatch because each character has a uniquely different weapon that functions differently and therefore the player will want different settings. We should be able to set and save customisation for each weapon in-game. Not only would this improve overall performance, but would make other ‘non-meta’ weapons viable again. Yes I know at the moment all guns have specific settings that are meant to make that gun ‘different’ in feel from the others; but if that is stopping players from using a weapon then it should be remedied. This will never happen, but if it does destiny will be better for it 100%.
