stuck on initial loading screen? (ps4)
i keep hitting some sort of blank white screen after loading the game initially, which i have to press x to move forward from, and then i get stuck on the loading screen with the class symbols. this is all prior to the character select, i havent really been able to do anything. nobody else seems to be experiencing this. i’ve restarted the game, restarted my ps4, nothing has helped and it’s been like an hour of waiting. i know the servers are probably overworked but im not even getting an error code or anything. help?

If that doesn't work, you may want to uninstall the game, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url], then reinstall the game.
