I've been waiting till my Ace replica arrived to order the Thorn one as I wasn't sure it'd get through customs. Now that it's arrived I can't use the reward code due to expiry. The replica is supposed to be available until June 4th. I've not got much time left, hopefully you can help me.
I sent an email to support and they redirected me to here. I've not had good experiences with the help forums in the past, but maybe this time will be different.
