Hi there. You may need to use a major email provider, such as Gmail or Outlook, to receive the verification email. Apple/iCloud emails seem to be blocking Bungie Reward emails at the moment. We're working on that. If a previous email was receiving these email but no longer is, you may want to create a new email and verify it. Once you receive the email, verify it on your Bungie.net account then resend the Bungie Rewards email. Make sure to click "THIS LINK" when you receive the email.
I am using a major email. A Yahoo email that had no issues in the past. I was told by another guardian to try a different one so I tried using a Gmail account I have. Nothing. It's like you guys have black listed me from obtaining something that I worked extremely hard for and was extremely proud of completing. This hurts deeply as a fan who has supported you guys from the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. I just simply want the code to obtain a shirt to showcase my achievement. My hard work.
