Buffing the gimmick exotics (titan edition).

I'm going to just state the additions that they will get because I don't wanna type out what they already do. ACD/0 feedback fence: Grants 15% damage resistance to all melee attacks on being hit with no stacks. At x3 stacks, grant immunity to a single melee attack (including knockback) on being hit. Remove the timer so you can use it more unconditionally. Ashen wake: Increase hammer velocity speed and increased damage on direct hit (15% bonus damage on direct hit). Targets killed by fusion grenades restore 10% grenade energy per kill and grant 5% super energy per kill. Actium war rig: Increase ammo restoration from 10% of the magazine to 15%. Allow it to work with heavy machine guns and smgs. Restore stowed smg, auto rifle, or heavy machine guns ammo from reserves while stowed. Khepris horn: Enemies killed by the fire blast add an additional wave the barricade can create. Each kill grants up to 3 stacks, or, 3 additional waves. Each wave that consumes a stack deals greater damage and can continue restoring stacks. Damage bonus granted to enhanced waves is 50%. Heart of inmost list: Without stacks, each ability you use is enhanced slightly. 10% bonus damage to melee, grenade, and barrier health. Upon using an ability, the others damage or bonuses are increased to 40%. (Leave the cap at its current numbers in pvp). Mask of the quiet one: Grant shields back on getting a kill while critical. Grant 25 shield. Killing a target while critical grants 15% additional grenade and melee energy. Helm of saint 14: Enemies blinded by either the sentinel shield or bubble take 25% bonus damage from all sources. Aeon trash: Grant more barricade energy as well as melee energy to nearby titans. Grant more dodge energy and restore all nearby hunters equipped weapons from reserves. Grant more grenade energy as well as grant increased rift duration to all nearby warlocks. Crest of alpha lupi: Grant increased revive speed. Upon reviving an ally, grant 15% bonus super energy and fully restore the titans barricade energy. Stronghold: Blocking damage with sentinel shield restores health to all nearby allies (not including the user). Perfectly timing a shield block or sword block will deflect the incoming projectile.

  • I totally agree that many of the titan exotics need a buff. I always loved the look of Mask Of the Quiet One, and was exited to get an ornament. Problem is, its kinda shit. The healing is hilariously bad, especially next to OG One Eyed Mask. It's like they wanted to dethrone the MoQO (from no throne at all, of course, because Insurmountable Skullfort). Seems to me like there are so many good neutral game exotics for other classes, not to mention the super-based exotics that restore incredible amounts of energy, or prolong duration.

    I had thought that enemies standing in the Ward of Dawn would be blinded and get their health drained, giving the user more health whilst the health drain occurs. For the Helm of Saint-14

  • These are very nice buffs. I would love to see a list of warlock exotics.

  • Feedback Fence already got a buff and it made it beast. Some exotics are supposed to be conditional.

    • As active actium war rig user (and I don't use auto rifles that much now), I'd prefer to see it working with all rifles - scouts, burst, auto. Maybe via selective perk, like SUROS regime. Having mandatory rifles' buffing perks (reserves/unflinching) would be nice, because my rig doesn't have them! What's the point having an exotic that doesn't support class of guns it should work with? If it also could reload stowed rifles (at same pace), it would be superb.

          As someone who runs Helm Of Saint-14, I wish it made the Ward Of Dawn cannot be penetrated by Supers while allies get given Armor of Light when walking through it, user gets Starless Night & Weapons Of Light
