Affected by Jubilant Engram issue, but never contacted
Hello support team,
I was affected by the jubilant engram bug, but was never contacted via an in-game pop-up, nor did I receive any type of fix on May 8th. I had acquired my Revelry items through both awarded level-drops and bright dust, and then at the end of the week, I purchased engrams using silver in an attempt to finish out my collection. Even among those five engrams I purchased using silver, I received a set of duplicate ships. I was streaming on Twitch for about 12-hours up until the weekly reset, so I have quite a bit of this documented on video, including me opening the engrams. I also have me pulling up my collection progression through the Destiny Sets website on that VOD as well.
I'm not upset as I understand bugs happen; I just want to make sure my account is not overlooked. (I'm also a completionist, so there's that too.) Thanks in advance.
