sooooooooo Bright Engrams you get for leveling up only have old stuff now and new stuff if you want you HAVE to spend Bright Dust or Silver for.........TIGHT!
What was wrong with the way things worked before? Why not make it so people who missed out on year 1 stuff can now buy it for Bright Dust and let Season 7 earn stuff through Bright Engrams normally? Why not add 2 engrams then, 1 for Season 7 and one for Y1? What was wrong with the Matrix system before?
So many people defending the change, tell me, what was wrong before? People who missed out on year 1 stuff due to RNG are STILL going to have to fight with RNG so how is this better for them? Wouldn't it make more sense to let people spend Bright Dust on year 1 stuff in the catalog so they can get specifically what they're missing and NOT making it harder for people to start collecting Season 7 stuff?

LMAO REALLY????? Okay, bye bungie, my eventual return wont be a return now.
-
Season of Shopulence.
-
You make some valid points Mike and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold
-
It's unfortunate we can't earn these things from activities like in D1. It gave a sense of in game accomplishment and quite frankly I wouldn't want to be seen wearing any sort of eververse gear bought with real money.
-
Edited by Lee C Miller: 5/24/2019 10:31:02 AMI can’t wait to find out how much bright dust it’ll cost to buy the engram.. 🤷🏼♂️ Best thing is, the “salty” emote can be earned in them. Proof Bungie does have a sense of humour 😂.
-
It's a different form of bait and switch, only this time they bait us with nerf-rage, and switch it to eververse-rage. Probably while doing more shady nerfs on the background. Chaff and flares, folks, chaff and flares.
sooooooooo Bright Engrams you get for leveling up only have old stuff now and new stuff if you want you HAVE to spend Bright Dust or Silver for.........TIGHT!
I mean being able to get spicy ramen seems nice, though i hate how they're seriously depending on all their money coming from eververse
-
Just wait until D3 is selling you weapons, armor, skins, shaders, emotes, mods, its gonna happen. TRUST
-
That right there gives me no Initiative to play anymore.
-
Break down the crap for bright dust. What's the problem? Have you broken down all your shaders yet? I've got more bright dust than I know what to do with, but then again, I only collect the things that require accomplishment. Not just crap you buy.
-
This franchise is doomed anyway.
-
There’s always somebody to apologize and excuse it. Full priced game, paid expansions, seasonal pass... apparently just not enough. Instead what should be in game is locked behind a wall you pay actual money for. Sure you could get lucky while leveling or you could just get a ton of filler they stuff into that store.
-
I mean its cosmetic. So they don’t have to give you it either... unless you want to go back to D1 where you had to pay for cosmetics
-
If it boosts the fashion im all for it. The state of the game is missing y1 perks, y2 collections, trails, crucible maps, and strikes.
-
can we stop cry for no bad uptadates?
-
Bright dust can be earned from dismantling old cosmetic items. You can still get new cosmetics without paying for silver. One thing to remember is that the main purpose of Eververse is to raise money for seasonal events such as The Revelry. If Eververse didn't raise money, we wouldn't get free events.
-
I see the masses are still mostly missing the key issue. Per Chris Barrett some time back “We recognize that the scales are tipped too far towards Tess at the moment, and Eververse was never intended to be a substitute for end game content and rewards.” Let's consider one example... D1 - 4 raids, 4+ raid ships. People ground for them, especially Aksis ship lol. D2 - 5 raids (ok, 2 raids and 3 lairs), 1 ship. EV has impacted the D2 reward system since the day it launched. From the most basic level of patrol looting, to end game cosmetic grinding. Another lie from Bungo, to add to the ever growing list. "But but but it's only cosmetic" I hear you cry. Yeah you're right, and I look upon anyone who buys this comestic crap with a mixture of scorn, derision and pity. Fact remains though, people enjoyed grinding specific old content like raids to get that cosmetic stuff, people enjoyed knowing that grinding a certain activity would give you a shot at a certain, often rare, cosmetic item, and that has been taken away throughout D2 purely to try and gain extra coin. Sheer greed, nothing more, nothing less.

Oh great! My guardian needed some new moves, and maybe a new look. But unfortunately, Tess sent the whole shipment back to Fenchurch, even though he sells lots of fantastic things, but not everything he sends is safe to sell.

ME: [exasperated ] B-But I just heard Bungie say it!

They ignore Community Outrage in favor of hoping people who didn’t get the selfie or ramen emote would come back just for them 😂😂😂...I can safely uninstall this steaming pile of shit 😁 -
Edited by Bismarck: 5/24/2019 4:12:13 PMWho cares? Why whine so much over cosmetic items that don't change anything when it comes to gameplay? All of the items are able to be gotten free, so there's no reason. At this point you're looking for anything to whine about.
-
Edited by FataLVisioN_Oo: 5/25/2019 2:26:24 PMWho cares? I've literally deleted every piece of armor eververse has ever had to offer. Anywho i'm sitting on 100k+ bright dust....
-
What’s wrong with spending bright dust? You earn that in game. The option is there for you to earn it or spend the money.
-
Lol, this game should be called Destiny...
-
We all know its here to stay. Regardless of if were for it or against check out the prices. 1000 silver for an remote. That's £8......... for a emote......... £8........ it's a emote.
