Suggestions and feedback on Swords

Hey my name is jaycool and all I use is swords and I have quite the experience with them. I've been using my crownsplitter and other swords for quite sometime and I'm not here to talk about the many issues and bugs for swords but here to oppose a change and things I have seen and want to change with swords and yes I'm a titan 1. Is the blocking. There is visualization with the sword once you start blocking with the sword but it don't register as the sword blocking and this 1 frame or moment is the of life and death and can get frustrating at times. So the change I would is to increase the speed in which you put the sword guard up and down. This will be good for them oh crap moments and you'll swap with to your sword and be able to react appropriately especially with shotguners. While your add you can increase the swap time to the sword when you have another weapon equipped. 2. Another change I would like to see with sword is the ammo. All swords holds 50 as a cap and thats alot of ammo if you have stronghold but not if you don't. Blocking any type of fire from taken knight or hive wizard and even them scorn and hive nades I believe will shred the ammo like a stock market crashing and any type of boomer knight or the whole cabal race will take like 20 or 10 every hit. You shouldn't get punished as hard with a sword just for trying to keep yourself alive. Ultras are fine that they shred ammo because they are Ultras but no taken knight shouldn't spit some fire on the floor and rekt my sword. So the change I would like is to take the element of the sword as a factor when blocking. I have a solar sword so If blocked solar damage like a knight spitting fire or a centurion it will drain my ammo much faster than if I was blocking void or Arc or it can be the other way around your defense is good against solar but weak against other elements. This change will make it so you be cautious in what you are blocking rather than knowing if I block anything my sword is as dead as me. I'm in a solar environment so I shouldn't or should bring a solar sword depending on what change you'll go with. 3. Also the ammo cap should be very different within every arcatype. Adaptive will be middle of the road so it holds decent ammo aggressive should hold the most because it's aggressive and aggressors love their ammo and the quick fang should have the lowest because it's more of a in and out sword and should be buffed to have the best burst damage of the swords so it could be in line with it's ammo. Crownsplitter can have the weakest damage output but as time goes on it picks up in damage and passes both of the sword arcatype. Adaptive will be just well rounded reliable good damage ease if use and so one basically how they are now with them demolishing the other swords like Crown and Fang. Overall buff the swords ammo buy like 10, 15, or 20 which is highball and then take this change into consideration too. 4. Give every class strong hold as it stands swords capabilities are limited on other subclasses other than Titan and that shouldn't be a thing and isn't unique but a hindrance to the other sword enthusiast that's not a titan or introduce other unique armors for warlocks and hunters that give sword bonuses. 5. Make it so when I'm guarding with a sword I don't become a glasshouse. Strong and nice until the wind blows. Why I can't throw up ad rally barricade or throw a Grenade when I'm blocking I'm not sure about other subclasses but when someone is applying pressure to me why I can't throw a nade or put down a barricade honestly I want to know. So the change I would like is so you can use your abilities while blocking and things that is an extended melee like throwing hammer, throwing knife and even that storm caller melee will require an additional button to press to use your melee but any other regular melee like those you won't be able to use it. 6. Another change is the guard and then swipe after guard. It's too slowly and I would like to be able to perform at least one swipe before I'm done blocking, this is especially with crownsplitter. 7. Lastly one change that would be really quality to life is slicing while sliding. You don't know how many times I would have to wait for the slide animation to finish to only get punched twice or get put down by ikelos and wishbringer and even duskrock. So being able to swipe while sliding will be good I mean you can use your regular melee while sliding so why can't you use your sword to and then it could be a cool animation with it to. So yeah these are the many changes and my feedback that I would like with sword I know I posted this twice but I want people and bungie to see this. There are many things I didn't even talk about when coming to Swords but these are the few things that I believe will make us move towards the right direction Also people who do list your feedback if any down below it will be very helpful.   • The biggest issue with swords in my opinion is the terrible range most of them have. I feel this is largely due to how Destiny 2 vanilla launced. Every heavy weapon type from D1 had to be nerfed to compensate for the stupid decision of placing special weapons in the heavy slot. Since special weapons are back where they belong, swords need the range they had back in D1 and rockets need more than 1 round in the chamber.
