Hi guys,
I'm at a loss here and could really use some help. I've been playing Destiny 2 for several months now and really enjoying it got the annual pass and all xpacs. Everything has been going good up until this last week or so. Every time I load up and start playing D2 it runs fine for about 5 to 15 minutes the it completely crashes my computer and forces it to reboot. I've checked both the Bungie and other internet help forums but no luck it keeps happening.
I've updated all Windows and drivers for both my CPU, GPU and Motherboard. Ran the blizzard scan and repair on the game with battle.net app. Went into Windows reliability menu to check on causes of crash but just says " closed unexpectedly"
My computer specs are as follows :
Windows 10 64 home OS
ASUS M51BC Motherboard
16 GB RAM DDR3
AMD FX-6300 CPU 6 Cores
Nvidia GeForce GT 640 4GB Graphics Card

Hi Gylin. Thanks for reporting this to us. As a first step, I recommended upgrading your graphics card. The card you are using is seven years old and may not be able to handle Destiny 2. The next time the game crashes, could you link me to your DxDiag? To find this information:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com or DumpTxt.com) to paste the information. Please don't use Google Drive. • Create a link and post it here.
