How many weapons of sorrow do we know about?

I know that the only two confirmed weapons of sorrow are Thorn and Nechrochasm. I know Bad Juju isn’t really one and is rather Tolands attempt at making one. But what about Malfeasance, Touch of Malice, Whisper of the Worm. Are these considered weapons of sorrow?

They’re made by humans, but often tack on the darkness. Whisper, Thorn, and Nechrochasm are a dark fusion between humanity’s mastery of war and the Hives dark sorcery. The exact process implies they were made in the same sort of process

My theory, based on our two confirmed weapons of sorrow and what might be considered a weapon of sorrow is that a weapon of sorrow can be defined as a weapon with the essence of an ascendant hive in it. I come to this conclusion because there seem to be a lot of patterns where ascendant hive will try to corrupt us on the inside through our weapons. These are all of the weapons of sorrow (by my definition) and their respective ascendant hive: Thorn-the knight that Rezyl Azzir killed on Luna Necrochasm-Crota Touch of Malice- Oryx Whisper of the Worm-Xol Malfeasance-the meatball Bad Juju-?? Based on the flavor text and the grimorie card, it seems something larger is at play in this gun. We just don't know what it is. I think that Toland believes that this "weapon wants to murder all exsistence" so i'm leaning towards some sort of ascendant ogre Of course, none of this is confirmed, so i won't act like its the only answer, but this is my leading theory

    2. A WoS is a human weapon of war that has had it's purpose and function twisted by the Hive. This only fits two weapons, Necrochasm and Thorn. Bad Juju and Touch of Malice have not had their purpose, or even their appearance, altered. The way that they function now is the way they were designed to function from the get-go. Thus, they do not count. It's the same thing with Whisper and Malfeasance.

Weapons of Sorrow are specifically combinations of Human weapons of war...and Darkness-fueled HIVE magic. So Thorn, Necrochasm, and Bad Juju are WoS. Black Hammer/Spindle and Touch of Malice would also be. But Malfeasance and Whisper of the Worm are not. Their Darkness came from other sources. Malfeasance from The Drifter's dealing directly with the Ascendant plane and the dark creatures that come from there. Whisper of the Worm coming from Xol's essence.

    • Thorn, Bad Juju, Touch of Malice, Nechrocasim, Black Spindle. Those are the semi confirmed ones. All other “weapons of sorrow” either don’t meet the requirements or created differently.

      • Hold on, you forgot the best Weapon of Sorrow:

Stick Exotic Sword Weapon Slot: N/A (Heavy if it’s a big stick) Ammo: N/A Manufacturer: Mother Nature Impact: kind of hurts Range: slightly long; a little further than your arm, unless you throw it Stability: A little wobbly when you swing it around Handling: easy to hold Reload Speed: N/A Rate of Fire: How fast can you swing your arm? Magazine: N/A Exotic Perks: Stick it to the man: This weapon instantly kills whatever you hit with it. No exceptions. Nature’s Bounty: Sticks can be found everywhere. Take as many as you can carry. Break one, now you have two. Weeping Willow: This is truly a Weapon of Sorrow. You hold permanent and endless death in your hands. No Guardian is safe. Appearance: Brown and sticky Flavor text: ”What are you doin’ with that stick?!” Description: Excerpt from the journals of KSeth27 Legends tell of the stick that has razed worlds and left the universe in ruin. This appears to be nothing more than a slightly-long stick. It is indeed nothing more than a slightly-long stick. But do not be fooled. This mighty weapon has slain countless foes. There is no rival to its power. Gods tremble at the mere thought of this weapon. Those who do not fear its wrath are met with a quick smack from the wooden limb, and instant death.

Are these considered weapons of sorrow?
[Last I checked those are not weapons of sorrow. Malfeasance is a taken-based weapon, Touch of Malice was Oryx's failed attempt to become one with the sword logic, and Whisper of the Worm was Xol's middle finger to Oryx as the Whisper is Xol's successful attempt to become one with the sword logic. Does that clear things up?]
