This sounds spinfoily at best. Yeah they sell ornaments with every new special gun release, but I don't think they would go so far as to nerf them just to make us want to buy the new ornaments. If anything that would be a strategy to get us to [i]not[/i] buy new ornaments, in fear that the weapon would become useless soon.

This guy gets it. Remember mida ornaments? Wardcliff? There's others I forget, now whisper, next will be prime. I'm convinced Luna n NF where only nerfed now bcoz Hawkmoon's coming in opulence, n they don't want a repeat of Thorn n TLW where the guns not outstanding so didnt sell enough ornaments. Whisper probs sold well, as did outbreak. So for Hawkmoon to sell well, it has to be very good, and it wouldn't be in Luna/NF meta. They're also targeting the hardcore for ornament sales these days, which shows to me on their books the top players are the ones spending money.
