A cheese quesadilla. It wasn’t really the taste, but I’m a vegetarian. I was okay with dairy (hence; vegetarian, not vegan), but then I learned what rennet was, which is what they use to turn milk into cheese & whey. Well, after that I stopped eating cheese, but my mummy bought me some vegetarian cheese (still used milk, but used fungi-derived rennet), and I decided to give it a shot. But by that point, my brain already said “cheese is bad” and I almost threw up after one bite.
