Connection Issues

PC user here. I alternate between getting error codes beaver and buffalo. Beaver makes no sense, as my connection is just fine (other games have no issue connecting to my PC). Buffalo is also incorrect, as my battle.net client is up to date and I'm clearly logged in. Occasionally, I can log in only to go to an instance like the dreaming city and find that there are no mobs and then I'll get kicked about 2 minutes later. I attempted port forwarding to fix the issue but no dice. I've reset my router, tried forcing a battle.net or Destiny 2 update, and restarted my computer to no avail.
