The issue update posted on 5/13 doesn’t address the biggest problem. Many people spent REAL CASH MONEY on silver to purchase Jubilant engrams in hopes of completing the Revelry collection. Due to the bug, this silver was wasted and players received duplicate items instead of the unique items they were paying for. If you pay for something and don’t get what you pay for, then you are entitled to a refund. I know Bungie is not going to refund the cash, but all silver spent on Jubilant engrams should be returned to our accounts.
Have players who have been wronged considered filling out the eververse ticket for items lost or not received?
