Jubilant Engram issue - it would have cost you NOTHING to properly fix it.

I was missing just 3 items - 2 armor pieces for my Hunter and one ghost, I paid for Silver (!) to get 3 engrams, got all duplicates, then I grinded out 2 more engrams which also had duplicates. I was hoping I'd get 5 engrams back or maybe at least the 3 I paid for, but no - I've got 2 and instead of the 2 pieces of armor I wanted, I received one piece of armor and the ghost :( Bungie, here's what's IMO most upsetting about this situation - how much money would it cost you to give us 5 engrams? Or maybe even 10 just as an apology for the inconvenience? ZERO! Absolutely nothing. The event was over, no one would have purchased any more Jubilant Engrams anyway so there would be no potential revenue loss whatsoever, but you know what you would have gained by this? Our trust. Ironically, your decision to only partially reimburse the engrams is actually what may cause a potential revenue loss because the people affected by it who paid for Silver are the ones who will now think twice before ever purchasing any Silver in the future.
