  • Do you have a mobile hotspot available to you? If you do, can you try logging in with that hotspot (just once, as a troubleshooting step) and see if you get the same error messaging?

  • I'm having similiar issues. I've done every potential solution listed and not listed. Even complete reinstalls of both D2 and Battle.net have yielded nothing. My internet connection is completely stable and functioning. Honestly, I'm not sure what could be causing it. D2 servers are up and running fine, and I can play every other game. Battle.net and otherwise. I'm not sure what to try next.

  • Scan & Repair inside the Battlenet Client, and then Patch again....worked for me thx
