I recently started the Fallen Transponder quest over again on my Hunter after having already completed the mission on my Titan. Upon reaching the end of Zero Hour, where I'm guessing I should have received another Outbreak Perfected since I had the Rendezvous step, I discovered that I was still prompted with "Rendezvous" and the Zero Hour (Heroic) mission was not available in its location around the farm for either one of the two characters I've done Zero Hour on. Additionally, when I speak to the Drifter, where others have stated he has some dialogue about the Outbreak, there is no dialogue or anything special. Perhaps this is a glitch due to me completing Zero Hour with an Outbreak in my inventory, but I find the issue to be quite frustrating, as it is preventing me from earning the catalyst for a gun that I have been a huge fan of since I got it in Destiny 1. Just a notifier that the quest is having some issues (As to be expected from week 1 of a surprise-launched quest).
