PLEASE DO NOT NERF OUTBREAK
We all know what happens when Bungie does something right and drops a really good weapon, an liniment nerf is in our future eventually. Whisper had ammo nerf, LH and NF incoming etc.. and watch what Bungie will do to the nanites in the future to OP, especially after people have catalyst 100% completed in 2 weeks. PLEASE LEAVE THIS ONE ALONE BUNGIE
