I have a bygones that has better stats than the outbreak prime with the exception of the fire rate that is the only thing that the bygones doesn't beat, so just get a bygones

Or you can get outbreak and play with it :3. I have a nasty god roll bygones. Outlaw kill clip, richochet rounds, range masterwork. It's a beast... ....but I really, REALLY love outbreak perfected. I think we've been using 390s too much it is NASTY
