Bungie states Xur will have random rolls survey says THAT WAS A LIE
Xur doesn't have random anything its always fusion and hc loader sniper and lmg scavenger or reserves. Literally the same ever week regardless of the item. Why state that Xur would have random rolls when its obvious he does not
