It sounds like a YOU problem if YOUR clan mates don't want to play with you.
Unless the PC population is severely smaller, Xbox and PS matchmaking doesn't keep you Solo in Forges or Reckoning for long.
Stop be overdramatic.

I've never loaded into a forge with another player. Just pointing out that your experience isn't a representation of a universal one. Lots of people do have this issue, even if you don't
