You must be on pc. They aren't dead on console but pc is a really tight shotgroup so everything is a hit or miss. Really unfortunate but I'm sure there are some pc guys willing to help you out.

Console will follow soon, there are so many activities to do in this game which demands a huge player base to keep all that stuff populated 24/7 The last two DLC's are nothing more or less than rubbish, and nothing that could keep people going for a season. I'm in a clan of 900 people and see more and more people falling back to watching movies or playing other games since the game has nothing new to offer for a long long time.
