Since when was 400k players bad lol. That’s right behind a game like CSGO with 500k-600k

It's bad when it's across 3 platforms, csgo is in 1 platform and pulls the numbers. D2 is in 3 and it's barely pulling them.

Yes but does the games age matter? Everyone loves that game.
-
yes definitely, pretty sad that a franchise that is 15 years old can get more players than a aaa title that is only a little over a year old.
-
Little over a year old wait what? Did you just start playing. You are counting the franchise so therefore this game is a little under 5 years. Also CSGO has an actual esports scene which drags in a lot of players. CSGO has its reasons for it being that high and I wouldn’t expect destiny to beat CS as that game is a staple in FPS pvp and can pretty much appeal to anyone.
-
no, just d2.
-
The why are we counting all of CS?
-
I'm not, just stating a game as old as the cs series still gets more players than a game that is only a year old (d2). there is something telling about that, because cs is just a basic shooter and still holds a larger active fan base.
-
Cs is a good game though with devs that listen and “basic” Basic games are a lot more appealing

I totally agree, that's kind of my point. sometimes simpler is better.
