Because it was bugged for quite a while where it wasn't counting any completions. So basically you've ran it three times since it was fixed.

For all characters or just the one I soloed it on since the fix?

It’s still buggy as since it was fixed, my hunters counts 3 completions while the one on my titan counts 1.
