Personal opinion piece :-
Maybe it's just I'm a couple years older than the average gamer and/or remember the ancients, but I never really needed a big stupid reward in order to enjoy my gaming. You punch your quarter into the machine just to play a quarter's worth of ninja turtles side-scrolling fun (I cringe now, but it was the bees nuts for little me.) I put soo much time into NES ninja gaiden, only to wipe it all and start again after dinner time. No saves, no regrets.
There was no Donatello's howl, or whatever that kept you at the grind stone.
Further opinion:-
There should not be varying weapon strengths in a pvp environment. If you are facing vs another human, it should be skill - never equipment - that determines the winner. Destiny will never have this. The term "Competitive Destiny" is easily the biggest oxymoron in gaming.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
