I can understand the change to Mag howl damage, but changing to a 150?
You’re making a big mistake and I guarantee this will be the last straw for a lot of dedicated players, myself included who worked their butt off to get their NF.
This change in particular is crapping on ALL console players where bloom on HC’s is a big issue.
Bad, bad move.

3 RepliesThey don’t understand their own perk. Hit 2 precision and be rewarded if you hit a 3rd. Now it’s hit 2 precision and then go against better judgement and aim for the body? They turned Luna and nf into a legendary version of jade rabbit 🤦♂️ and added crazy bloom by making it a 150. Say bye to the rest of the higher tiers of pvp players and with bl3 say bye to your most dedicated pve players. Just gonna be nerf criers and blueberries left playing come September now.
-
Oh and if we're at this matter why not nerf 1k? In gambit it's much stronger power weapon than any, and its actually meant for both pve/pvp but you don't nerf that since most player has it (tho there's sure other guys out there wo don't even play raid)
-
Hopefully you fellas now understand the hate towards you guys when pve gear gets nerfd for pvp balance. I sympathise with you but remember this next time you feel the need to run to the forums because you died in PvP.

Haha, I see a shit storm brewing. They will still be top tier I think as they will be the only 150s with 180 recoil and bloom.
-
Wrong way around. The 150 change is good, the Magnificent Howl change is overkill.
-
Hey guys it’s just an idea but why not try using different guns in the crucible you might just find something you like more than luna and NF. 🙂
-
Delicious.
-
Need to sort the bloom out on console handcannons before they nerf them.......
-
It's not like all of a sudden the nerf to Luna's and nf pushes out all skilled gun play... Hcs will still be meta just use a different one... As a player with Luna's I could care less that it got nerfed it's not even that much better than aos, Thorn, or the last word... What really needs to happen is we need a new comp playlist that is just as popular as qp
-
I cant say I will quit, but I'm never trusting bungie or investing my time in anything they offer as a top tier endgame reward. I'll just try and play the game for what it is, and just stick with the grindy aim bot quests in pve.

Bungie could have made adjustments to make existing weapon more powerful to balance the playing field. Nurfing, touching Luna's Howl and Not Forgotten in any ways shows how little respect Bungie has for the player base or their time investment. Excuse me Bungie, no one in the community like infusion cores... For real, If I had invested the time and commitment it takes to obtain these two weapons legitimately, I would be even more frustrated with this game and Bungie.

Jesus bungie v.v among all the nerfs you can make your gonna piss off all the loyal people who played your shizzy non dedicated servers full of dossers and the scum alike for the only weapons that feel worth the bs that is d2 right now on top of the garbage that is becoming your company but the perk change makes absolutely no sense why slow down the rpm making it less consistent then f over the perk that would make the skill reward for that change tolerable? Keep the perk the same! It's one of the only perks that reward skilled shot players quit catering to the crybaby 3 year olds who can't aim worth a poop and cry when a better player wipes the floor with them that makes no sense I solo queued for 2 seasons for nf but I finally buckled down for this season to finally get it and now all my hard work and determination gets frogged all cause you guys keep listening to all the young no skilled kids running around with shottys getting out gunned by a good Hc then crying about it you seriously need to take more into consideration cause if this ends up being the actual nerf I'm uninstalling and I'll sit idly by while I watch you drag your franchise and company Into the ground like EA and Activision

in my opinion, why ppl want this gun nerfed is because this gun is hard to grind it. ppl don't want to put effort to get it or they don't have the skill to grind it. they don't even care about what the meta, all they want is nerf the meta. Change the NF as an exotic could be a way in my view.

thanks console player's

Disclaimer * I have a Luna. Ok, so a NERF is inbound. Cool. But what people fail to understand is that most Luna/NF users will always have good pvp skills; we'll just find something else to kill people with. Until the vast majority of pvp users "git gud" then there are always going to be at a disadvantage. No amount of serial nerfs is ever going to change that fact. Mida, Urials, smgs.... these have all been meta and I pretty much guarantee that it's the same set of thumbless situational lacking mouth breathing window licking pvp players who call for nerfs to the next meta.
-
It can sit next to Hawkmoon and many others gathering dust.
-
I have two opinions with different thoughts about these changes: 1. This will stop some people using the same shit. But no matter what, there will be new metas. 2. Slap at the face for those who are comp grinding especially solos and honest players. Also... Making it into 150 RPM is excessive. I am a LH/NF hater at some point, but since they added new toys to play with over time, I was able to fend myself against those pinnacle guns. (but still get melon popped by them occasionally) My true gripe about these changes are the ongoing incapability of making separate balances between the PVE and PVP activities.
-
About time these pinnacle weopons are brought inline of other pinnacle weopons, or they need to buff the other pinnacle weopons to make it fair. So stop -blam!-.

5 RepliesEdited by FuzzyWolf: 4/26/2019 5:41:47 AMJust saying a .67 ttk on a weapon that doesn't require any extra action than playing normally and can out DPS every other primary weapon by quite a bit is overkill BTW: the recoil pattern will be the same just fires slower with extra damage

The playerbase for D2 is done. The game itself has been a joke since the beta when Bungie said we were playing a "old test build".
-
2 RepliesThis is how Bungie always handled weapons/skills that were overused. D1 had a TON of weapons and skills ruined thanks to people crying. D2 had endgame weapons like EP Shotty, Whisper and Sleeper nerfed because they were overused. This is the main reason I've stopped playing. Why commit your time to a difficult quest or do the same activity repeatedly if they'll just ruin the gun when they feel like it?
-
and bungie, next time nerf entire game, no need too grind, no need too play, just log in, take rewards and left the game,. you dont need a skill, sit and cry and you get all rewards.
-
2 RepliesI have recently kicked two members from my clan for doing the cheat / hack to get their Not Forgotten. In my view a sweeping ban or perhaps disable those weapons for those players with a sequence of games with 0 stats but each counting as a win would have been a great move. Something needed to be done but I'm not convinced a nerf is the correct move.

14 RepliesEdited by Nihilus247: 4/26/2019 4:13:56 AMAny player who walks away from the game because of a nerf to two guns is a fool.

next they just nerf any weapon because they shoot and kill))
