I was banned in-game and I don't think it is justified. Please help!

Hello, my account was banned yesterday (~18:50 or close to it +3 GMT). I studied your article about bans (https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929) and I don't think I ever used a prohibited programme and/or cheats/hacks/exploits. I contacted Bnet Destiny 2 support and they pointed me at this forum. I played Destiny 2 for half a year and met many good friends there. I have geared 700 warlock and all DLCs! You can't just take it all for no apparent reason (and without explanation). My guess for a ban reason is that I used to have connectivity issues; but recently I bought a new SSD and installed Windows 10 and issues were gone. But yesterday (21.04.19) I expirienced an error and was disconnected while in tower (player hub - no OTHER player was harmed) and have to "repair" the game in order to run it again. And after about 20 minutes I recieved a ban. It is said that bans are delivered after accurate inspection, so I'm very confused why ban accured. Please help me. I beg bungie to review my issue. Please responce.
