I dunno, not even grenade spam could have saved me from the teammate who thought he was playing the undertale pacifist run (seriously, I wanted to scream). Meanwhile the other team is a 4 man kill squad that probably reset their glory for the 7th time this season.

You can't manually reset your Glory ever. It's done by Bungie at the start of each Season, no matter what Rank you're at. The closest thing a player could do to "reset" is lose every single game from then on out until they hit 0. Which takes even longer now, since loss streaks actually have you not lose as much for continuous losses compared to the first.
