Spring Hunt not granted

We just completed a run of the forest and defeated three bosses. Servitor, Ogre, and Centurion. It counted the three for the Budding Fashion Triumph, but not Spring Hunt.

I was in this fireteam and Spring hunt wasn't given to me either but we got three chests for boss kills, kill counter on bosses went up by 3
