hacked and can no longer matchmake? how do i contact bungie?
so my account was hacked, password reset request sent to my email without me asking, took out a ticket with battlenet and they fixed my password and reset my account, I now can no longer que for any sort of matchmaking in destiny 2, when i try to run the verdant forest , crucible, or gambit, i either sit at 1 or am forced to run it solo. Blizzard will do nothing to help me. sying its an issue with bungie and sent me to this forum
I dont cheat, i dont hack, I am very polite and kind as i play this game and mostly keep to myself and 2 or 3 friends who all bought the game together i even paid for 2 other annual passes so my friends could join me in all activities, one week later I am victimized by some predator on their servers and can no longer access my account for 24 hours as i take out a ticket . Now battlenet assures me everything is fixed but I can no longer join any sort of pvp or group activity which means i can no longer progress in 60% of the activities i paid to play. i either want my account fixed or my money back...

This sounds like you have been restricted from PvP, so be happy for that as your lucky that your account wasn’t banned. Bungie doesn’t discuss restrictions and bans and don’t over turn them either. Edit: just a quick question but does the game say that you are restricted from PvP?
