I actually love PVP and I am a reasonable player (1.6 KDA). However, this is an incredibly difficult milestone to accomplish and i’m sure it is even frustrating for skilled players. The reward for an obstacle should be equally proportional to the amount of struggle that it is fraught with.
This particular case is not a balanced equation especially when precision shots don’t reward orbs 100% of the time. I played a game where I scored at least four sniper head shots and was not rewarded an orb. It seems like only primaries reward orbs and you know the difficulty behind what everyone keeps reiterating.
Either remove tonic effects from ALL PVP (as you easily did with Comp.), return Gambit-based eligibility, or simply give all players the triumph.
Do you really want your remaining loyal players to be pissed off at you? What exactly is the upside of not taking one of the three above actions? What exactly do you gain from that?
As a game developer, your bottom line is driven by sales. Sales are driven by satisfied customers. And, there is an old adage saying that, “the customer is always right”.

Orbs aren't the problem it's the amount of hunters throwing skipgrenades in crucible I tried It out and it's horrible for everybody.

I will be appalled if this isn't adjusted by Monday or Tuesday reset at latest. I'm waiting until then, no point to grind crucy now when the efforts are futile
